How do I find a specific service?
You can use the search bar in the main listings page or go to the homepage by clicking on the Parewell logo and search for a specific service using the filters provided.

Do I have to enter my credit card information?
Yes. To secure your booking, you have to enter your credit card information. This allows providers to get paid and secure your booking, and it also takes the pressure off of you to remember to pay the provider later! We process transactions through Stripe- the most secure way to manage payments. Your credit card information is not shared directly with the provider or made public.

Each service provider may have different cancellation policies for their services. Before requesting to book a service, ensure you familiarize yourself with the cancellation policy.
What if a service provider cancels my booking?
If a service provider cancels your booking you will be refunded 100% of the service as well as the Parewell service fee.

How do I post a service?
To list your service(s), simply sign up or login to your account, then select "Post a service" and follow the prompts. Ensure you provide as much information and images for each service to give parents all the information they need to book with you. Ensure your availability is up-to-date and your banking information has been completed to make sure you get paid.

When you approve a booking, you get paid right away to make sure you don't have to chase down payment, and you have a guarantee. This is also convenient for parents so they don't have to worry about remembering to pay you. Entering your banking information is secure and is the only way to get paid on Parewell. Your banking information is securely managed by Stripe and never shared with parents or publicly.

Stripe Privacy PolicyAm I allowed to promote my personal website and accept payments in other ways?
No. Parewell is designed to make it as easy as possible for parents to find and compare providers based on their search criteria. Promoting a website in your listing description that encourages parents to leave Parewell and book you through other means violates our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to decline listings that encourage business outside of Parewell or asks parents for non-secure payment methods like e-transfer or cash.

Parewell Terms of ServiceHow can I get more information from parents that request to book with me?
After a parent requests to book with you, you can message them directly to confirm their needs, send them any necessary waivers and invoices, or to coordinate the service. You can find messages sent to you in your Parewell Inbox. To access your inbox, you can login to your account.
What if a parent cancels a booking?
When a parent cancels a service booking they are accountable to the cancellation policy you set forth for that service.
How can I cancel a booking?
To cancel a booking, go to "Inbox" and select the service you wish to cancel, then click "Cancel booking." Note that you will have to pay back 100% of the cost of the service to the parent.
We understand that things come up and you may be unable to provide an approved service, however, we do ask that providers make every effort to find an alternative time/date that suits you and the parent. Parewell also reserves the right to remove listings or deactivate accounts that violate our Terms of Service if multiple cancellations occur.
